In this dual-role position, you'll be the face of our service department- guiding customers through repairs and maintenance while ensuring the right parts are always in play.Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmLocation: 2060 Commerce Park Dr, Innisfil ONCompensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearWhat You Will Be Doing:Assist clients in the parts storeAscertain auto services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedulesCheck in customer RV's with inspection sheet, write ROs with customers ensuring all work requested is captured with a customer sign off and Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusionsDevelop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment,
