What Youll Do

As an Appointment Setter, youll help introduce homeowners to Rydel Roofings services and create new opportunities for our sales team.

Youll:

• Meet and speak with homeowners in person and introduce them to our roofing services.


• Start friendly conversations and learn about homeowners needs.


• Build rapport and create a positive first impression.


• Clearly explain our services and answer basic questions.


• Identify homeowners who may benefit from speaking with a sales specialist.


• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.


• Keep accurate records of your conversations and appointments.


• Maintain consistent daily activity and work toward personal and team goals.


• Stay positive and professional when conversations dont lead to an appointment.


• Represent Rydel Roofing with professionalism and integrity.
