Citi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead domestic payments in Canada. This hybrid role focuses on strategic ownership of payment products and team management for top corporates.

As Head of Domestic Payments, you will be at the forefront of Canada’s payment infrastructure, formulating a 3-5 year roadmap and managing P&L.; Your role combines product vision with leadership, and you will advocate for clients by enhancing the adoption of cutting-edge payment solutions. You'll also work collaboratively with Sales and Implementation teams to drive growth and competitive positioning across the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute strategic product plans for domestic payments
• Manage P&L; and implement pricing strategies for revenue growth




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings
• Lead Real-Time Rail execution and modernization initiatives
• Represent Citi in industry advocacy and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• 15+ years in financial services with 10+ in product management
• 5+ years in direct people leadership
• Strong knowledge of Canada's payment systems
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
