schedule, procurement, quality, human resources, communications, and stakeholder activitiesElicit, analyze, document, manage, and communicate business and solution requirementsDevelop and support business process modelsSupport test planning and maintain traceability between requirements, solution outputs, and test activitiesFacilitate workshops and working sessions with business, technical, and project stakeholdersOversee and complete the full range of business analysis tasks for assigned projectsComplete other tasks assigned by the Program TeamRequired Skills & ExperienceSenior-leve experience in business analysis and project administrationDemonstrated ability to perform both project management and business analysis dutiesStrong IT background and an understanding of technology delivery environmentsExperience managing requirements, stakeholders, risks, scope, schedules, and project communicationsStrong facilitation, analysis, documentation, and communication skillsAbility to work in office in Regina, Saskatchewan, for the duration of the engagementExperience working in IT, operational technology, or security environmentsExperience supporting security and infrastructure projectsRelevant training or certification in PRINCE2, ITIL, PROSCI, Business Process Mapping, CBPAP, or PMI-BA
