As a Staff Product Engineer, you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on engineering to define the future of identity and governance. Collaborate across multiple engineering teams, influencing technical decisions and mentoring others. You’ll work on authentication, authorization, and on-behalf-of systems, aiming for production-hardened solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own authentication and authorization systems for agentic platforms • Evaluate and adopt emerging identity patterns and technologies • Design and ship OAuth 2.1 and token management systems • Develop auditing mechanisms for AI agents acting on behalf of users • Mentor engineers on identity and authorization technologies
Requirements: • 10+ years in software development and identity systems • Experience with OAuth 2.0/2.1 and identity protocols • Proficient in operating scalable authorization servers • Ability to lead technical direction across teams • Solid communication skills for varied audiences
