As the Head of Sales Compensation & Planning, you will be instrumental within the Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization. This leadership role demands a blend of deep expertise in sales compensation, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to influence executives with data-driven insights. Your insights will inform incentive structures and revenue-driving strategies across multiple market routes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define compensation philosophies and quota methodologies
• Advise on annual planning and productivity improvements




• Influence executive decisions with analytical insights
• Evolve compensation strategies through market trend analysis
• Partner with Sales Operations for strategy alignment

Requirements:
• 12+ years in sales operations or finance
• Deep knowledge of compensation design and best practices
• Proven track record influencing executive leadership
• Advanced analytical skills and tool expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
