The successful candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient geriatric care, participate in an OHIP-fee-for-service model, and contribute to program redesign with a multi-disciplinary team.
You will lead geriatric outreach, collaborate with NP-led teams, and support academic affiliations with regional medical schools.
