Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Underground Quarry Superintendent for Cadomin, Alberta to lead start-up and long-term underground operations. You will drive safety culture, front-line leadership, and target production, quality, cost and regulatory objectives.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and workforce capability, working with maintenance and technical teams to meet limestone quality specs.
