Take the lead in improving waiver policy compliance with the Minnesota Department of Human Services. This full time, telework-eligible position offers an opportunity to supervise professional staff and oversee policy advancements.
As the Waiver Policy and Compliance Supervisor, you will manage a dedicated team focused on home and community-based services (HCBS). This role involves coordinating across multiple teams within the Department of Human Services, leading initiatives, and balancing competing priorities. You will play a vital role in strategic planning and representing the division on high-visibility issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop waiver policy implementation team
• Coordinate efforts among various DHS teams
• Lead policy and operational initiatives
• Balance competing resource and workload priorities
• Represent division on executive leadership matters
Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in HCBS, waiver policy, or legislative processes
• Leadership experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Knowledge of public policy and administration principles
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
Ensure effective compliance and strategic leadership within waiver policy at the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
