Trillium Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse for the McCall Centre Rehab on the Queensway Health Centre campus. The role covers 12-hour day/night shifts in a 120-bed chronic care setting, with responsibilities for assessment, care planning, education and discharge planning.
The position is temporary full time for about 12 months. The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, current Ontario certification, and BCLS, with experience in inpatient rehab and geriatric care.
