and adoption programs across employee groupsMonitor adoption metrics and recommend interventions to increase AI utilization and business valueCollaborate in the development and implementation of change management methodology, strategies, and plans for medium- to large-scale transformation projectsConduct stakeholder analysis, organizational impact, and change readiness assessments to identify impacts and risksThe Skills You Will Bring To Our TeamDemonstrate experience and expertise in change initiativesDemonstrate experience in facilitation and consultation with stakeholder groups from senior executives to front-line employees on simple to complex topicsProfessional certificate or designation in change management is a strong assetKnowledge of adult learning principles and experience delivering training sessions is a strong assetIntermediate skills in MS Office (e.G. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Office)Strong influencing and negotiation skills leading business leaders toward cultural change and new conceptsKnowledge of English is neces sary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.Why CSL?The CSL Group Inc.
