The YMCA is seeking a Part Time Newcomer Youth Program Assistant to enhance youth leadership initiatives. This role focuses on logistical support, participant engagement, and outreach to enrich program delivery. Ideal candidates will contribute to a positive setting for youth while assisting with training, events, and community representation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Newcomer Youth Leadership Development activities
• Provide logistical support for program sessions
• Assist with outreach and recruitment of youth participants




• Plan and implement youth leadership events
• Represent the program at community engagement opportunities

Requirements:
• Partial completion of a related post-secondary program preferred
• 1-2 years experience with teens in supportive roles
• Knowledge of settlement services for newcomer youth
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
