Job SummaryA Quality Control Inspector supports the development and continuous improvement activities of the Quality Control inspection function by developing and maintaining: (1) inspection plans to ensure product conforms to MacDon Industries Ltd. specifications, (2) MacDon Quality Control work instructions and processes, (3) Training programs and associated documents for Quality Control inspection and operations.Job DescriptionJob Title: Inspector Quality ControlA Quality Control Inspector supports the development and continuous improvement activities of the Quality Control inspection function by developing and maintaining: (1) inspection plans to ensure product conforms to MacDon Industries Ltd. specifications, (2) MacDon Quality Control work instructions and processes, (3) Training programs and associated documents for Quality Control inspection and operations.ResponsibilityInspection of materials, components and assemblies for compliance with established specificationsReject all products and materials that fail to meet quality standards by providing information required for dispositionMake recommendations for improvements in design, tooling or manufacture as a result of inspectionCollect and compile statistical quality dataDrive area improvements and enforce 5S lean methodologySupport continuous improvement efforts to eliminate waste, improve work workplace,
