DHCP, Remote Desktop ServicesAssist in the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of cloud resources and services, ensuring system reliability and availability.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation on cloud configurations, issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent support and operational efficiency.Provide comprehensive technical support for cloud-based infrastructure and services and have expertise for complex, escalated technical support issues; identifies, troubleshoots and solves problems for end-usersAssist with the monitoring of cloud security settings,

Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified: AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900, SC-900 would be an asset.Strong knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell/Azure CLI to automate troubleshooting tasks and enhance operational efficiency.Ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze, and recommend innovative processesAbility to lead a project through the project life cycle, liaising effectively with key stakeholdersSo, what do you think?
