Family Practice Nurse (LPN) - Primary CareLocation: Sherwood Park, AlbertaEmployment Type: Temporary, Part-Time (0.8 FTE)Salary: $28.66 to $37.74 per hour, based on experienceJoin Our Primary Care TeamSherwood Park-Strathcona County Primary Care Network is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare services within a family medicine clinic.In this role, you will work alongside family physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans and provide follow-up with patients. The successful candidate will provide clinical care, health education, chronic disease support, preventative screening, and care coordination to help patients achieve their health goals.
