We seek and accept responsibility, approach problems with a positive attitude, and do what's right even when no one is watching.The RoleAs our Sales & Marketing Administrator, you'll be the organisational backbone of our sales team and the first point of contact for our clients. You'll keep our pipeline moving, our records accurate, and our customers feeling cared for from the first call through to installation. You'll work closely with our Sales Representatives, Project Designer, and Operations team,
and you'll be trusted to manage your own day with minimal supervision.What You'll DoBe our first impressionAnswer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, and route them to the right personRespond to customer inquiries by phone and email, promptly and accuratelyKeep everything organisedAccurately log and input data into our CRM in a timely fashionFile save / review client documentation as needed to manage utility applications and site visitsManage utility applications and permit paperwork, and track them through to approvalProcess service call estimates, verify details, and flag discrepancies before they become problemsSupport growthCompile weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for the sales managerHelp plan and execute marketing activities: social media, website updates, trade shows, and eventsGather customer feedback and satisfaction surveys, and share insights with the teamWho You AreOur Values describe the people who thrive here.
