If you're curious, ambitious and comfortable learning by doing you'll fit right in.About The RoleAs our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and broader go-to-market team to execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, grow our digital presence, and tell the PheedLoop story.This is an early-career, hands-on role where you'll get exposure to multiple areas of marketing rather than being limited to just one. You could be helping launch a paid campaign one day, analyzing its performance the next, updating our website, supporting an email campaign, or creating content for an upcoming product launch.We're looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of marketing but is equally curious about the numbers behind it what worked, what didn't, and how we can improve.What You'll DoDigital Campaigns & GrowthSupport the planning and execution of digital marketing campaignsHelp run paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn,
and MetaSupport lead-generation and nurturing campaigns through HubSpotTrack campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve resultsParticipate in A/B testing of messaging, creative, targeting, and landing pagesContent & SEOCreate and support blog posts, email campaigns, product updates, customer stories, and marketing collateralContribute to SEO-focused content and keyword researchHelp turn product and customer stories into engaging marketing contentWrite transparent, engaging copy across different marketing channelsWebsite & AnalyticsHelp manage and update our Webflow websiteMonitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign performanceUse data to identify opportunities to improve CTAs, landing pages, content, and user journeysSupport reporting through tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpotBrand & SocialHelp manage PheedLoop's presence across social channelsCreate and schedule content in collaboration with the broader teamContribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiativesHelp maintain a consistent PheedLoop voice and brand across channelsWhat You BringHands-on marketing experience through internships, co-ops, work experience, freelance work, or meaningful school/personal projectsExposure to digital marketing areas such as campaigns, social media, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, website management,
or analyticsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCuriosity about why a campaign performs well and how marketing contributes to leads and business growthBasic comfort working with data and spreadsheetsStrong organization and ability to manage multiple prioritiesA self-starter mindset; you're comfortable trying something, learning from it, and improvingA university or college degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldYou do not need to be an expert in every area.
