DescriptionAbout the RoleCustom Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support our Ontario Pharmacy Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring medications and healthcare supplies are accurately prepared, documented, and delivered to patients on time. You will work closely with pharmacy, customer service, and delivery teams to provide a seamless patient experience.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and organize daily medication deliveries to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.Prepare medication strips, Spencer cartridge refills, and other pharmacy supplies for delivery.Maintain accurate delivery records, tracking information, and workflow documentation in Dock Health and related systems.Manage and update patient delivery addresses and labeling information to ensure delivery accuracy.Perform quality checks to minimize delivery errors and support operational excellence.Serve as the primary contact for delivery-related patient inquiries and issue resolution.Collaborate with pharmacy, customer service,
