We are growing our team and are looking for an Industrial Recruiter who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and making things happen in a rapid-paced environment.If you have experience in recruitment, human resources, administration, customer service, or staffing, or have recently completed a related college or university program, we want to hear from you!This is for a permanent, full-time, in-office (Remote or hybrid can not be accommodated) position requiring full daytime availability. The successful candidate will be organized, professional, confident communicating with both clients and job seekers, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruitment, including reviewing applications, screening candidates, conducting interviews and matching candidates to job opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assigned clientsCommunicate with clients regarding staffing needs and provide timely recruitment supportSource, recruit and follow up with candidates to meet open position requirementsComplete new employee files and maintain accurate information in our recruiting databaseReview workplace policies, assignment expectations, health and safety requirements and other onboarding information with new employeesFollow up with employees regarding attendance, assignments, timesheets, injuries and other employment-related mattersOperate a multi-line telephone system and manage daily email correspondenceMaintain accurate documentation and follow established WSIB,
Health & Safety and employment processesWork closely with the recruitment team to ensure client and candidate needs are metWhat We're Looking ForDiploma or degree from a recognized college or university; Human Resources, Business, Administration or Office Management preferredPrevious recruitment, staffing, HR, administrative or customer service experience is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident, outgoing and professional personality with a strong customer-service focusHighly organized with excellent time-management and follow-up skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressureStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyProfessionalism, integrity, honesty and persistenceKnowledge of workplace health and safety and WHMIS requirementsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite is an assetComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentCompensation: $43,680 – $49,920 Annually, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.This position is not open to students.
