This is a hands‐on leadership role where your sole focus is to provide support and guidance to your team (no portfolio). We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and approachable team leader to lead a team of 10, reporting into the General Manager of Property Management.ResponsibilitiesMentor, train, and support a team made up of Property Managers, Property Consultants and a BDMOversee day‐to‐day property management operations with a focus on quality service and complianceEnsure Rental Providers are kept up to date, arrears are managed, and inspections/reviews are completed on timeRepresent clients at VCAT hearings and manage tribunal paperwork when requiredDrive current business opportunities and minimise lost managementsProvide hands‐on support by covering Property Managers when neededOther ad‐hoc duties in line with a Team LeaderWhat you'll bringExtensive experience in residential Property Management and a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies ActPrior Team Leader experience in Property ManagementStrong leadership,
