As a Wastewater Treatment Operator II, your expertise in plant operations will be essential. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and WorkSafe BC standards, while actively participating in team initiatives. This position requires a combination of education and hands-on experience to operate complex wastewater systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor equipment throughout the plant
• Perform maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Conduct process sampling and laboratory tests




• Lubricate machinery and ensure cleanliness
• Assist in training junior staff and troubleshooting problems

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience as a Class I MWWT Operator
• Willingness to secure British Columbia EOCP Class II Certification
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Valid B.C. driver's license required
