Join American Iron & Metal as an IT Support Specialist, providing end-user support for Windows, iOS, and Android across numerous Ontario locations. Work with Microsoft 365 while ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver comprehensive IT support, both in office and remotely, for a wide range of users. You will manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Azure and Intune, while adhering to service-level agreements. Additionally, your responsibilities will include maintaining network equipment across 40+ sites in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver desktop support and hardware repairs
• Monitor IT ticketing system for timely resolution
• Configure and deploy desktops,



laptops, and servers
• Maintain and support cloud-based infrastructure
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated issues

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in an IT support role
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Hybrid Azure and Intune
• Familiarity with Cisco and Fortinet equipment
• Valid Ontario driver's license for travel
