Humber River Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Acute Medicine Unit, 12 East, on a permanent full time basis. The role involves general medicine, geriatric, ALC and palliative inpatients, with emphasis on interprofessional teamwork and thorough Meditech documentation.
The successful candidate will have an RPN diploma, active Ontario registration, BCLS, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.
