We're looking for a reliable, outgoing, and sales-driven person to represent Western Hive in Regina. You'll help customers discover their new favourite scent while representing the fastest growing Western Canadian fragrance brand at one of the biggest agricultural events of the year.

The right person understands the agricultural and western community, loves connecting with people, and knows how to turn a great conversation into a sale.

- Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming experience at the Western Hive booth
- Learn our products, fragrance notes, and scent profiles before the event
- Confidently describe each fragrance and help customers find the right scent
- Engage with customers, recommend products, and turn interest into purchases
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
- Operate the POS system and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Keep the booth clean, organized, stocked, and looking its best
- Help track inventory and restock products throughout each shift




- Assist with event materials, setup, takedown, and other booth duties as required
- Support simple event content and brand storytelling on social media when needed
- Represent Western Hive professionally throughout the event

- Agricultural or western background is required
- Strong retail or event-sales skills, including the ability to confidently close a sale
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Willing and able to learn Western Hive's scent profiles and product information
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
- Reliable, organized, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Available to work flexible eight-hour shifts from November 23-28, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting or moving event inventory and materials
- Able to stay positive and professional in a busy, rapid-paced venue
- Previous retail, fragrance, customer-service, event, or sales experience is an asset
- Basic social media and marketing experience is considered an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
