This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile industrial construction project with a company known for its robust commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.Essential ResponsibilitiesWorking along side Journeyperson CarpentersConstructing traditional and engineered forming systemsCheck completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb, and the right size, shape, and locationSpotting heavy equipmentBuilding access platformsAssist concrete masons with pouring concrete and other dutiesComplete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines, following Ledcor's high standards for safety and qualityPerform general support duties including site cleanup, material handling, and basic construction tasksAdhere to all project and Ledcor policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsRequirementsExperience with traditional and engineered concrete forming systems preferredPrevious Industrial experience an assetMust successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testingApprentice Carpenters must be registered with a provincial authorityComfortable working at heightsMust bring basic Carpentry tools and tool beltAbility to lift up to 50 poundsStrong work ethic, good communication and ability to follow instructionsWork ConditionsWork schedule 14 on, 7 off, 10 hours per dayLiving out allowance providedWork in all weather conditionsWeekly payment of wagesExtended health benefits provided by CLACLocals to Merritt and Kamloops will be given priorityCompensation$30.84 - $51.40 per hourThis is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.Remote,
