To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at https://www.Newhorizonco-op.Crs/sites/newhorizonWhat you'll do:Provide an excellent customer experiencePrepare, mix, and bake a variety of products including breads, rolls, buns, pastries, cookies, and specialty items according to established recipesOperate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, proofers, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently.Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency throughout the baking process.Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment, including daily sanitation of bakery areas.Rotate inventory and remove outdated or unsellable products to minimize waste.Perform additional duties as requiredWhy it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
