and ensure smooth execution of placements and renewals.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance markets to support long‐term capacity and pricing stability.Process & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to corporate procedures, and support operational consistency across placements.Desired SkillsMinimum 3–5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.Strong understanding of underwriting, coverage analysis, and insurer negotiation.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.Industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) considered an asset.
