We're looking for a Dental Clinic Manager in KWCWe are looking for a highly seasoned, driven, and strategic Clinic Manager.If you are an experienced leader who thrives on accountability, loves optimizing workflows, and is ready to make a significant impact within the Passion Dental Group ecosystem, this role is built for you.Role DetailsPosition: Full time Clinic ManagerLocation: KWC Region - Placement at 1 of our 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge)Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; schedule set with Regional Director)Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annuallyAbout the OpportunityWe're building a bench of exceptional leaders to take ownership of our growing network of clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and excited by the challenge of scaling a new practice.As part of our unique leadership philosophy, you'll begin with hands-on training, including 1-2 months as a Dental Administrator, giving you a deep understanding of our patient experience and operations before stepping fully into leadership.What You'll DoYou'll be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success:Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processesRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing teamManage scheduling, payroll,
