The PEACE Counsellor will deliver the Violence is Preventable curriculum across qathet schools. This part time role requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse student backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide group support using the Violence is Preventable curriculum
• Help students to understand violence and improve communication skills
• Build relationships with individual schools in the district
• Attend ongoing training and webinars to enhance knowledge
• Adopt safe work practices to ensure personal and student safety

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Three years of relevant experience
• Clean criminal record check
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Valid first aid or CPR certification
