Company: ClaimsPro LP - Shared Services Accounts Payable Clerk - Edmonton, Alberta, CanadaReporting to the Manager of Accounts Payable, the Accounts Payable Clerk will work collaboratively with the Accounts Payable team to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders. Operating within a Shared Services workplace, this role provides accounts payable support across multiple organizations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. We have an existing opportunity to add a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to our team! This is a Hybrid position. and other approved payment methodsJournal entry preparation and import into the accounting systemHigh-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracyCompletion of assigned audit requests and supporting documentationMonth-end close activities, including reconciliations and accrual processingSupport multiple companies and business units within a Shared Services environmentParticipate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assignedOther accounting and finance duties as requiredQualifications & ExperienceCompletion of high school educationPreference will be given to candidates with an Accounting Diploma, Certificate, or DegreeMinimum 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a high-volume, multi-entity, or Shared Services environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, data analysis, and spreadsheet managementDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailProven organizational and time-management skillsExperience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced team environmentDemonstrated initiative, accountability,



and strong follow-up skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalismStrong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality serviceProven ability to contribute to and work effectively within a high-volume team environmentComputer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Word and advanced Excel capabilitiesMust be able and willing to travel to and work from the office, as required, to support operational activities, including payment processing and cheque printing responsibilitiesEnvironment/Working ConditionsWe welcome and encourage applications from individuals with disabilities.
