You will own sourcing, outreach, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff, reporting to CEO and CTO. This role emphasizes finding exceptional talent early and delivering a rapid, rigorous candidate experience from our Toronto office.
You will build pipelines, partner with leaders, and shape how Fiscal.ai hires as we scale, including equity discussions and benefits alignment.
