James Toyota is currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. You must be a reliable individual and possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Promptly meet and greet Parts customers in a friendly and courteous manner

Offer appropriate advice on parts and accessories.

Handle customer concerns tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer’s problem

- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
- Make every reasonable effort to make the customer experience as pleasant as possible for the customer.

Work directly with the service department to ensure parts are available for completion of work orders

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous automotive dealership experience would be an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a very busy and high paced environment
