Join One Communications as a Business Service Technician to support our fiber network installations and maintenance. This role involves hands-on support, troubleshooting, and 24/7 network monitoring.As a Business Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining data, voice, and video systems for small businesses and corporate clients. You'll provide first and second-level network support while ensuring installation data is accurately recorded.



Your role will also involve coordinating with various stakeholders for optimal service delivery and maintaining high standards of service level agreements.Key Responsibilities:Install and repair wireless and wireline systems for clientsProvide first and second-level network supportEnsure accurate data entry for installationsLiaise with Network Operations to meet SLAsSupport maintenance and deployment of fiber networksRequirements:Undergraduate degree or equivalent certification in networkingMinimum of 3 years relevant experienceValid driver's license with a satisfactory recordBasic knowledge of Cisco CLI and productsAbility to splice fiber and read splice matricesLeverage your technical skills and customer service expertise to enhance One Communications' service offerings.
