SOTI Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist, Level 1, who can provide bilingual support in English and Spanish from Mississauga, with a hybrid work arrangement.
The role focuses on post-sales technical support for our software, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in CS/IT/Networking, a solid grasp of OSI/networking concepts, and experience with Windows environments and SQL.
