This temporary role focuses on assistance, education, and skill training.The Clinical Support Worker will report directly to the Site Manager, playing a pivotal role in assisting residents with various challenges. You will develop service plans and ensure all basic needs are met, working closely with individuals on their path to stability. Successful candidates should have a strong ability to manage stress and be excellent communicators,



as this role entails direct interaction with disadvantaged adults.Key Responsibilities:Participate in resident intake and assessment for support servicesDevelop service plans and administer finances and medicationEnsure basic needs are regularly met with ongoing supportComplete necessary paperwork and maintain evaluative dataCollaborate with volunteers and practicum studentsRequirements:Related diploma or Grade 12 education with two years of experienceCurrent OFA 1 First Aid Certificate requiredFamiliarity with community resources, crisis intervention skills preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsMust have a transparent criminal record for vulnerable sectorHelp foster independence and healthier living arrangements for residents at Lookout Housing and Health Society.
