DescriptionThe pharmacy technical assistant assists thepharmacist in the fulfilment of prescriptions, the keeping of patient files andthe execution of technical duties related to the preparation and dispensing ofmedications. The technical assistant also participates in inventory managementand other delegated tasks.Responsibilities:Greet customers, carry out collection of data,create/update the patient's fileFulfill and package theprescriptionsOffer customer service that is professional,empathetic and enthusiasticRespond to phone callsHelp detect potential problems ofnon-compliance and know to refer patients to the pharmacist, when requiredSee to the cleanliness and hygiene of thelaboratory as well as the placement of merchandiseMaintain the stock of the pharmacy using the inventorycontrol systemsArrange transfers from third party payers (ifapplicable)Perform the duties of pharmacy cashier,
