As a key member of the IT department at Grand & Toy, you will contribute directly to enhancing their Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role requires a solid understanding of Sales and Customer Service modules, as well as hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and its configuration. You will also engage with stakeholders, resolve issues, and support day-to-day operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and define solution paths
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for optimal delivery




• Configure Dynamics 365 and create Power Automate flows
• Develop user stories and process flows
• Assist with training materials and system documentation
Requirements:
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Knowledge of Power Platform and SQL Server Management Studio
• Agile work experience and robust problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with B2B e-commerce environments a plus
