Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client caseload under Clinical Lead's direction
• Implement and review personalized recovery plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work preferred
• 2-5 years of case management experience
• Knowledge of case management principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
