Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Learning and Development Consultant plays a critical role in designing and implementing learning strategies. You will partner with leadership to enhance workforce capabilities, drive culture transformation, and ensure continuous improvement in learning delivery. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at Exhibition Place.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver innovative learning experiences
• Manage Learning Management System and track data




• Coordinate with vendors and communicate initiatives
• Facilitate engaging training workshops and events
• Support onboarding and talent development programs

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Human Resources experience
• Adult Learning accreditation preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 environment
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
