Whether your background is in framing, carpentry, manufacturing, or another trade, we provide training and support to help you succeed.About The RoleAs a Prefab Assembly Technician, you'll build structural wood components that become part of our prefabricated wall panel systems. Working from production drawings and standardized workstations, you'll help produce accurate, high quality assemblies that support efficient manufacturing and successful project delivery.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in prefab construction while learning from an experienced production team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble wood framing components using production drawings and specificationsSafely operate pneumatic nailers, saws, and other hand/power toolsMaintain quality standards while meeting production targetsAssist with material handling and workstation organizationKeep work areas clean, organized,
