Position OverviewYou'll take full ownership of a roll-forming line — from coil loading to finished product — ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.This is a hands‐on, technical role suited to someone who's mechanically skilled, dependable, and confident running industrial equipment with minimal supervision.Core ResponsibilitiesOperate, set up, and adjust roll-forming lines for various panel and trim profilesDiagnose and correct issues with machine alignment, tooling, sensors, or electrical componentsLoad and unload coils using a forklift, verify gauge, width, and finish before productionPerform custom runs to order specifications, including quantity, length, and profile changesRead and interpret production sheets to confirm dimensions, materials,
and job detailsConduct first-article inspections and ongoing quality checks for accuracy and finishPerform basic maintenance and lubrication; identify when mechanical repair is requiredMaintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety proceduresCollaborate with the production manager to prioritize workflow and minimize downtimeQualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of roll forming or metal fabrication experienceSkilled in machine setup, diagnostics, and tooling adjustmentsForklift operation experience required (certification preferred)Mechanical troubleshooting ability — electrical or pneumatic knowledge an assetAble to read tape measures, blueprints, and job sheets accuratelyPhysically fit and comfortable handling steel coils and materialsSelf‐motivated, punctual, and capable of running a production line independentlyJob Type: Full-timeBenefitsDental careExtended health careLife insuranceWork Location: In person
