As part of the Linen & Environmental Services team at Galahad Care Centre, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hospital’s cleanliness and safety. Duties include sweeping, mopping, using industrial cleaning equipment, and restocking essential supplies. A commitment to health and safety is essential for preventing infection spread while fulfilling various cleaning responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment efficiently




• Restock bathroom supplies and linens
• Identify and report potential hazards
• Provide training to Environmental or Laundry staff

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
• Knowledge of WHMIS and cleaning procedures
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and push 50 lbs
• Experience in a similar healthcare environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
