Realstar seeks an Assistant Resident Manager as part of a 2-person on-site team. The role includes living in office with a schedule of four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts.
Base compensation is $44,000 per person plus taxable apartment benefits and career development opportunities. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, minor maintenance, preparing vacant suites, and delivering excellent resident service while assisting with leasing and handling
