We are expanding and currently hiring Class 1 Owner Operators for our transportation company. Candidates must possess a valid Class 1 license and have effective communication skills with customers and dispatch. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate log books and conducting necessary inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Class 1 tractor trailer combinations
• Communicate with customers and dispatch effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date log books
• Perform inspections and safety checks routinely
• Adapt to dispatch requests and requirements
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or equivalent driver’s license
• Driver abstract with no more than 2 demerits
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience
• Familiarity with Reefer/Dry Van trailers preferred
• Truck must pass a shop inspection
