What you’ll own
Find companies across the US and Canada that need software and AI built, and open the first conversation
Run the discovery call: what they need, why now, and who decides
Bring in our engineers for the proposal, then take it to a signed contract
Log every call, email and next step in Hirefel OS

What we’re looking for
A track record of closing B2B deals, ideally selling software, engineering or technical services to tech companies
Full-cycle experience, from prospecting to close
Comfortable on a discovery call with a CTO or a founder
Organised, and you log everything
Self-directed, and comfortable with a commission-only, independent model

How pay works
Uncapped commission from 10% of each deal’s net value, on rising brackets, paid monthly once the client pays.

A €1,000 bonus for every retainer you sign
A €500 bonus for every month you reach the monthly deal target




A €3,000 bonus when you reach the deal target over three months in a row

This is an independent sales agent contract: commission only, with no base salary. You invoice Hirefel as self-employed, or under your country’s equivalent.

How you’ll work
Hirefel OS gives you AI agents. Lead discovery finds companies and scores them before you reach out.
Agents draft your follow-up emails, a one-page brief after each qualified call, and contract drafts for review.
Calls are recorded, transcribed and summarised on the deal, so you can listen instead of taking notes.
You work closely with the people who scope and build each system, with a weekly pipeline review.

Where you work: Anywhere in the US or Canada, fully remote
Hours: US time zones, Eastern to Pacific
Who you sell to: Companies anywhere in the US and Canada
Language: English at a native or qualified level
