Position: Expense Coordinator
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Expense Coordinator to join our team at TauRx Therapeutics. As a leader in Alzheimer's research, we are dedicated to discovering innovative products for the diagnosis, treatment, and cure of neurodegenerative disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing expenses and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive hourly salary of USD 30-35.
Responsibilities: Manage and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Review and verify receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents for expenses
Communicate with employees and managers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with expense reports
Monitor expense trends and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures
Maintain organized records of expenses and prepare reports as needed
Assist with budget planning and forecasting for departmental expenses
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of expenses




Keep up-to-date with company expense policies and procedures and suggest improvements when necessary
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in expense management or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with expense management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting processes
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
