As an Early Childhood Assistant (ECA), you will collaborate with the Lead RECE and Supervisor to implement engaging programs aligned with children's developmental needs. Focus on building solid relationships with kids and families to foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth. A passion for supporting diverse learning experiences is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support child development and behavioral facilitation
• Implement and evaluate age-appropriate programs
• Foster inclusive and safe learning environments




• Build strong connections with families and children
• Ensure the health and safety of all children

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of related experience
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification required
• Criminal Reference Check is mandatory
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
