Take charge of delivery operations as a Logistics Dispatcher at our Markham location. This full time role focuses on coordinating, scheduling, and managing pharmaceutical deliveries from Wednesday to Sunday each week.

As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will oversee daily delivery operations while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities include planning routes, adjusting based on real-time variables, and collaborating with various internal departments for effective coordination. Your role is crucial to maintaining service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily delivery operations across departments
• Plan and adjust delivery routes based on real-time needs
• Communicate with drivers, couriers,



and external partners
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation
• Maintain organized staging areas for outgoing deliveries

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in high-volume logistics operations preferred
• Knowledge of Ontario geography highly preferred
• Forklift experience considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments
