Your mastery of the electric pallet truck and your attention to detail will ensure smooth management of shipments, having a direct impact on the efficiency of our operations.The Facilities Millwright is responsible for ensuring that multiple equipment types within the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) are fully operational. The incumbent works in a high performing team that is capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing broken equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance tasks. The Facilities Millwright works with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor and contractors to coordinate new construction and facilities repair work, all while ensuring that it is completed in compliance with federal and local regulations.Shifts Available:Day shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pmDuties & Responsibilities:Always work safely to protect the well-being of yourself, your team,



and those around youMonitor key performance indicators and strive to achieve or exceed performance goalsFix equipment breakdowns to minimize impact on distribution center operationsPrioritize work in accordance with business priorities and complete work by scheduled due datesPrepare documentation and records to facilitate communication and planningComplete preventative maintenance work on-time according to scheduleDevelop and complete projects to drive continuous improvementWork collaboratively with other maintenance professionals as a part of a teamActively build positive team spirit and engagement through leadershipSuccessful candidates must be willing to support Operations in continuous improvement projectsSnow removal and landscaping duties as requiredOther general facility repairs as required (Drywall repair/painting etc.)undefinedQualification Standards:Proven record for complying with safety requirements, and ability to build a culture of safety among subordinates and peersQualification or significant work experience as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright.Consideration will also be given to candidates possessing an Electrician - Construction & Maintenance or an Industrial Electrician Certificate Of Qualification, but these individuals must have supplementary experience or qualifications in the maintenance of mechanical equipment.Experience with mechanical maintenance,
