to determine and confirm if findings are accurateNegotiate payment of debts in accordance with client and company guidelinesInvestigate and advise on different forms of payment and/or settlement optionsClearly document/update files on the system to support file activityUphold the CCA Code of Conduct by ethically treating each consumer with integrity, honesty, dignity and respect at all timesQualifications3rd party collections or Skip Tracing experience considered an assetCustomer service and call centre experience considered an assetStrong investigative skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationSelf-motivated, goal and detail orientedSound decision making and judgementStrong organizational skillsDedicated and ethicalAbility to work individually and with a team in a quick paced environmentSolid computer skillsStrong grasp of the English languageAbility to think outside of the box to reach a solutionSuccessful candidates will be subject to a criminal record checkRequirementsTo meet provincial licensing requirements, candidates holding a Work Permit must ensure it has at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of applicationNo previous experience is necessary!
